Maybe it was your first inversion. Or when you accomplished that formerly elusive pose. No matter how it happened, you’ve discovered a passion for aerial yoga and want to share it. Aerialkim Aerial Yoga Teacher Training will prepare you to teach safe, fun, and intelligent aerial yoga classes.
Level 1 aerial yoga teacher training includes:
- Fabric wraps
- Seated, standing, and inverted poses
- Assisting students of various abilities and body types
- Verbal and tactile cueing
- Balanced class structure
- Equipment care
- Background/history
Trainees are eligible for CEUs through Yoga Alliance.
